Fire Flow

Fire Flow explores our edges within a supportive community. Sequencing is created around particular asana (postures) which challenge our strength, flexibility and balance. Each series explores a different theme— binds, upper body strength, inversions, etc. You’ll be reminded to return to your breath and explore what thoughts emerge in effortful moments. Let asana guide you to more deeply understanding yourself, and more deeply engaging with our physical bodies. Some prior asana experience will be needed.

In this Reiki II training, we will build upon the foundations of Reiki I and deepen your connection to this sacred practice. We’ll revisit the history and precepts of Reiki, then explore the mantras and symbols unique to this level. You’ll receive three attunements, which amplify your ability to connect with universal energy and allow you to offer distance Reiki—sending healing across time and space.

Yoga for Trauma

Please join us for an hour long practice of yoga for trauma. Through yoga asana, we explore movement that feels good, okay, or “less bad” in our bodies. Through breathing techniques and meditation, we maintain a healthy nervous system. This class is designed to help relieve the effects of trauma, stress, depression and anxiety. Many of these practices help restore a sense of agency and being “safe enough” in our bodies. You can choose your own adventure and take the practice at your own pace. We aim to leave the space feeling more centered, relaxed, and present. Rest and breaks are encouraged, and you can always leave the space if you need to.

Endometriosis Yoga Circle

Endometriosis is a chronic illness affecting our whole body, and our whole life. While symptoms vary from person to person, one thing many of us share is the frustration of insufficient treatment and support. Build self care and community care into your month. For five months, we will gather on the fourth Sunday to move, breathe, and be in community together.

This Yoga Circle offers pain management tools, community support, and creative approaches to endo recovery. Through a blend of yoga practices—gentle asanas (postures), mudras (energetic seals), and pranayama (breath work)—we will address the unique challenges of endo. These practices are specifically tailored to help manage pain, increase mobility, and support emotional and physical healing.

Rather than waiting until stress, grief, or difficult family dynamics take hold, this series helps you anticipate and navigate potential challenges with greater ease.  

Through yoga asana (movement), breathwork, meditation, and journaling, we’ll create personalized practices that support both emotional resilience and physical well-being. We'll also make time for practical tools like boundary-setting and self-care planning—so you can move through the season with clarity and support.
