No yoga experience? No problem! Everyone's welcome to join us for a feel-good session. Bring a buddy, and get ready to move, connect, and relax under the trees of Prospect Park.

Spots are limited to 8 pairs, so make sure to sign up early! Remember to bring a yoga mat and water for each of you.
