Liberatory practices to support you through the challenges + wonders of humanhood.

I provide:

  • Private Reiki sessions for people wanting to tune into their energy, feel less overwhelmed, and create more balance.

  • Group yoga classes for people wanting to practice in community, and in particular, queer community.

All my offerings help us understand ourselves in more intimate ways. In private sessions and group classes, we create time and space to slow down and see what’s being held in the body. We explore pathways to presence, ease, and aliveness.

Benefits of Private Sessions

My clients typically seek out this work to feel more connected to their inner world, and make sense of their physical challenges. They may need space to care for themselves, even as they are caring for others. They may be curious to see what can happen with a tailored practice just for them. The result of this work is a shift in how we interact with ourselves and our relationships– a shift which has ripple effects into this world we share.

What clients report to me over and over is that their lives get richer as a result of this work. Over time, this work builds a healthy nervous system, so when you’re off the mat and outside of the practice room, you still have access to their own resources. This can drastically support your sense of agency and deepen your skills in tending to yourself. And on a more playful note (yes, this work definitely has a playful side) it’s a chance to work with curiosity, creativity, and newness. Everyone will have a different experience, and it’s sure to be an adventure!

Benefits of Practicing within Community

I run classes in 4-8 week series, giving students a chance to dive into a particular topic or theme. Yoga for Pelvic Health, Yoga for Endometriosis, Chair Yoga, and Yoga for Trauma run several times per year.

I’m a co-founder of Be Queer Now, a virtual and in-person yoga collective. For some, these classes are the first time they are stepping into their identity as a queer person. For others, it’s affirming to practice in an environment where you can be your full self, and be among your people.

Benefits of Yoga in the Workplace

Currently I work with nonprofits such as Doctors Without Borders, Phoenix House, The Practice Coalition, and corporate offices such as Squarespace and Braze. Yoga can create a healthier work culture and support the well-being of your team.

Please contact me here to discuss class options and pricing. Virtual and onsite classes are both available.
