be queer now: Liberatory Movement

March 6- March 27 (4 weeks)

Thursday at 3:30pm PT / 6:30pm ET

Pricing Options: $100 / $85 / $70

In a time of misinformation, reduced access to healthcare, and attacks on bodily autonomy, many of us in the queer community are experiencing fear and distress. Now is the time to find supportive communities and paths towards liberation. Yoga offers ways to care for our body, mind, and spirit through times of tumult. Join us in this practice of collective resistance, as we intentionally slow down and lovingly tend to our queer selves.

Our asana (movement) practice will remind us of our own agency, and encourage us to follow what feels good. Through pranayama techniques, we’ll understand how to gently shift our energy through breath. Finally, meditation will invite us into an embodied experience of presence and wakefulness.

Through this series, we aim to more intimately understand what a path towards liberation could feel and look like.

All genders and bodies within the queer community are welcome. Whether yoga is an old friend or unfamiliar to you, this practice is an invitation to stand in the power of queerness and community.
