Endometriosis is a chronic illness affecting our whole body, and our whole life. While symptoms vary from person to person, one thing many of us share is the frustration of insufficient treatment and support. Build self care and community care into your month. For five months, we will gather on the fourth Sunday to move, breathe, and be in community together.
This Yoga Circle offers pain management tools, community support, and creative approaches to endo recovery. Through a blend of yoga practices—gentle asanas (postures), mudras (energetic seals), and pranayama (breath work)—we will address the unique challenges of endo. These practices are specifically tailored to help manage pain, increase mobility, and support emotional and physical healing.
Whether you were formally diagnosed during a laparoscopic surgery or are self-managing the effects of suspected endometriosis, this space is for you. This series offers specific yoga practices to integrate with your current treatment.
What to Expect Each Month:
Gentle Movement: Each month, we will explore asanas designed to improve blood flow and mobility in the lower abdomen, pelvis, and legs. Expect slow stretches, restorative postures, and gentle flows. (Strength-building is not a focus in this series.)
Breath Work & Relaxation: Learn how to use pranayama and restorative yoga to soothe your nervous system, reduce stress, and create a sense of inner calm and safety.
Community Discussion: Each session includes 30 minutes of group discussion and reflection. Here, you’ll connect with others who understand your journey and share tools for navigating flare-ups and finding relief.
You’ll be able to incorporate these practices into your daily life, and integrate tools to support you during flare ups.

“This course was amazing! As someone with endometriosis and pelvic pain, it felt like a breath of fresh air to have something like this that combined education with a LOT of helpful tools (stretches, strengthening, pain relief, self massage, nervous system regulation, so much more) and an amazing community to discuss with. I looked forward to this every week and would join again if offered.
Lastly, I love that it is taught from someone focused on collective liberation and honoring the cultural and indigenous roots of yoga. As someone who is South Asian, I am honestly often wary of non-south asian or non-POC teachers but Sasha is an exception and properly honors yoga as it should be while still "modifying" it for those of us with chronic pain.” - Yoga for Endometriosis participant
