Endometriosis is a chronic illness affecting our whole body, and our whole life. While symptoms vary from person to person, one thing many of us share is the frustration of insufficient treatment and support. Build self care and community care into your month. If you're struggling with endometriosis, you’re not alone. Many of us experience daily pain, fatigue, and a lack of support. This Yoga Circle is a space to move, breathe, and heal—together.
This Yoga Circle offers pain management tools, community connection, and creative approaches to endo support. Through a blend of yoga practices—gentle asanas (postures), mudras (energetic seals), and pranayama (breath work)—we will address the unique challenges of endo. These practices are specifically tailored to help manage pain, increase mobility, and support emotional and physical healing.
Whether you were formally diagnosed during a laparoscopic surgery or are self-managing the symptoms of suspected endometriosis, this space is for you. This series offers specific yoga practices to integrate with your current treatment.
What to Expect Each Month:
Gentle Movement: Each month, we will explore asanas designed to improve blood flow and mobility in the lower abdomen, pelvis, and legs. Expect slow stretches, restorative postures, and gentle flows. (Strength-building is not a focus in this series.)
Breath Work & Relaxation: Learn how to use pranayama and restorative yoga to soothe your nervous system, reduce stress, and create a sense of inner calm and safety.
Community Discussion: Each session includes 30 minutes of group discussion and reflection. Here, you’ll connect with others who understand your journey and share tools for navigating flare-ups and finding relief.
You’ll be able to incorporate these practices into your daily life, and integrate tools to support you during flare ups.

“This course was amazing! As someone with endometriosis and pelvic pain, it felt like a breath of fresh air to have something like this that combined education with a LOT of helpful tools (stretches, strengthening, pain relief, self massage, nervous system regulation, so much more) and an amazing community to discuss with. I looked forward to this every week and would join again if offered.
Lastly, I love that it is taught from someone focused on collective liberation and honoring the cultural and indigenous roots of yoga. As someone who is South Asian, I am honestly often wary of non-south asian or non-POC teachers but Sasha is an exception and properly honors yoga as it should be while still "modifying" it for those of us with chronic pain.”

About the Facilitator:
Sasha Sigel (she/her) is a white, queer, trauma informed yoga teacher. Sasha invites students to find a deeper relationship with their bodies, communities, and world. Sasha completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training at Daya Yoga Studio in 2017, and went on to study Trauma Sensitive Yoga at the Justice Resource Institute. She primarily works with LGBTQIA+ community members and with nonprofits like Doctors Without Borders and Phoenix House. Sasha’s teaching integrates a deep understanding of chronic pain, trauma, and nervous system health, making her approach especially supportive for those navigating complex health conditions.
Sasha holds space for the complexities of trauma, physical pain, gender, and sexuality as they relate to the pelvic floor. Beyond her formal training, Sasha holds personal experience with endometriosis, pelvic pain, and high tone pelvic floor dysfunction. This Yoga Circle was born from her own healing journey, blending the most effective tools she’s found for managing pain and reclaiming ease.
In addition to teaching yoga, Sasha has a long-standing commitment to community care and mutual aid, working in ways that support LGBTQIA+ health, Palestinian liberation, and reproductive justice. Sasha also works as an abortion doula.
