Our pelvic floor can be a place of tension and discomfort, and it can also be a place of release and healing. This gentle practice will help us connect to our pelvic floor and map the surrounding muscles. We’ll invite these muscles towards relaxation through slow movement, long stretches, and intentional breath. Most of the practice will take place lying down. Please have a yoga strap (or scarf) and a blanket (or towel.) Language will not be gendered, and any anatomy is welcome. Sasha is trained in Yoga for Pelvic Health and primarily works within LGBTQIA+ spaces.
